WARNING: Under Washington state law (RCW 4.24.832), Middleton Farms is not liable for injury or death resulting exclusively from the inherent risks of agritourism activities, including but not limited to: uneven terrain, interaction with animals, recreational equipment, and outdoor elements.

I voluntarily assume all such risks and release Middleton Farms, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims of injury, loss, or damage, including those arising from ordinary negligence. I also certify that I am responsible for any minors in my care and that I have authority to agree on their behalf.

I understand that by entering Middleton Farms, I give permission for any photos or videos taken of me or my group to be used for promotional purposes.

I understand all sales are final. No refunds.
